Create a marketing plan for a local nonprofit organization, in this case the Richmond Animal League
The Process
To begin my teammates and I did a SWOT analysis on the brand to obtain a better understanding of where they were and begin to look into ways they could improve. We continued to do research and ensure that we would be giving them the best plan according to their specific business model.

What is RAL?
In order to give the Richmond Animal League the push they needed, we first needed to identify who they are, their values, and more importantly, the mission.
Next, we looked at their target audience which consisted mostly of their donors who help support them not only financially but with their time as well. They also have corporate donors in which they can host events with.
We began brainstorming potential marketing events they could hold within the community in which potential adopters could get to know the animals in search of homes
